As the first one in the Czech Republic Vladimír Lekeš started to trade in paintings by František Kupka. His company Adolf Loos Apartment and Gallery holds also record sales of Kupka's paintings and many other Czech painters. He also donated the sofa by the architect Josef Hoffman to the Moravian Gallery in Brno or the bust of František Kupka for the painter's monuments in Opočno and Paris. His latest achievement is the elaboration (as the main author) of the detailed Catalog of Raisonné - the first comprehensive inventory of František Kupka's oil paintings, created in cooperation with the Adolf Loos Apartment and Gallery, the National Gallery in Prague, the Austrian National Gallery Belvedere in Vienna, french company Adagp Paris and Koenig books London. This event was also followed by the exhibition of paintings by František Kupka from czech and foreign private collections. He is also an expert advisor to the Czech National Bank for the assessment of proposals for Czech money. Vladimír Lekeš is also the only Czech expert listed in the prestigious Guide international des experts et specialistes published in France.

As a curator Vladimír Lekeš has organized several exhibitions, especially in the exhibition hall Adolf Loos Apartment and Gallery. He held exhibitions at the Mánes in Prague: Styrsky and Toyen - the best of Czech surrealism - the collection of Bernard and Geraldine Galateau; Frantisek Kupka - exhibition for the 70th anniversary of the first retrospective exhibition in 1946 in Mánes; Georges Kars: The Human Being is the only thing that matters; Sadovská and Ozibko: Forms of Hyperrealism; Vladimír Franz; Jacques Papi: Corsican Abstraction; Henry Bond: London Eye; Albín and Daniel Brunovský -The Reality of Dreams or Josef Sima - Jan Zrzavy: Paintings from famous collections. In Loos's apartment exhibition Hynek Martinec and exhibition Jaroslav Veris. In the Expo 58 ART exhibition hall at Letná he then organized the exhibitions: Kupka - Mucha in Expo 58 ART; Jan Gemrot: Observations; Oskar Kokoschka and Ostrava Region; Milan Dobes in Expo 58 ART. He also cooperated in several exhibitions of Czech art in the Austrian National Gallery Belvedere in Vienna and Ost-Deutsche Gallery in Regensburg (Mucha, Kupka, Klimt, Schiele, Kokoschka, etc.) Vladimír Lekeš received the Trebbia International Award 2017 for the promotion culture and art.
