oil on canvas 55 x 46 cm signed right lower: "Kupka"   Provenance: - private collection, Austria (bought before 1990)   Confirmation of the authenticity by Vladimir Lekes, author of the Catalogue Raisonné of Oil Paintings by Frantisek Kupka (published in collaboration with Adolf Loos Apartment and Gallery, National Gallery in Prague, Austrian National Gallery Belvedere and the copyright holder of the painter by the French state company Adagp Paris), registered in the Guide International des experts et spécialistes, published in France.   The work will be included in an addition to the Catalogue Raisonné of Oil Paintings of Frantisek Kupka approved by the copyright holder Adagp Paris.   The expertise by Dr Karel Srp attached.   Consulted with and authenticated by Dr Karel Srp, Professor Jaromir Zemina, Dr Jiri Machalicky and Pierre Brullé.   Restorer expertise by Mag Martin Martan attached.
